Summer 2007

Dr. Ashley Woodiwiss, one of our dedicated co-chairs of DGAAN will be leaving Wheaton College. He has been honored to accept the position as the Grady Patterson Endowed of Political Economy and the Director of the Drummond Center for Statesmanship at Erskine College in Due West, South Carolina.

On June 19th the members of DGAAN express deep gratitude to Dr. Ashley Woodiwiss for his commitment and passion as a leader in combating the spread of HIV and AIDS locally and globally. Dr. Woodiwiss was a founding co-chair of DGAAN along with Dr. Sandra Joireman and Sr. Sheila Kinsey, OSF (2202-2007)

DGAAN has benefited greatly from his enthusiasm and clarity around our political advocacy issues. We wish him well in his future position and know that he will maintain his tireless work on the behalf of others. Although he will be missed, we know that he will continue on with us in spirit.
